The larger professional services organizations rely on economies of scale, process standardization and other efficiencies. This allows them to leverage their most experienced talent and use many, less experienced employees on client projects. Conversely, smaller organizations rely on the experience/reputation of a critical few. However, these smaller organizations are resource limited and often can’t take on larger projects. We saw an opportunity and that’s why we built a networked organization with highly-experienced professionals.
