Consulting
Our consulting services run the gamut from strategic guidance to operational assistance. We have proprietary practices and diagnostics to help you set the right strategic direction for your organization. And, we provide a full set of operational assistance: project management, project staffing, change management, and executive coaching. Often, we combine our educational services with our consulting to provide for expanding your capabilities and providing a more effective transition.
Education
Our educational offering is centered on custom and semi-custom courses. We offer a range of half-day to full-week training for practitioners and executives. We do provide basic competency training for supply chain, procurement and logistics professionals. However, our ability to deliver leading-edge practices in concise and powerful training sessions is our strength.
Events
Our event offering is unique. Working with intact project teams, task teams, or senior management groups, we plan, organize and lead multi-day events aimed at accelerating results on strategic initiatives.
A typical event will run 3 days at an offsite location where we take the team through a learn-by-group-experience approach. Prior to the event, we work with event sponsors, senior management, and the team members to prepare them. After the event, we include follow-up sessions (typically, one hour meetings twice a month) and a full-day renewal session after six months. If you have an important initiative that is stuck in transitioning from planning to execution, falling perilously behind schedule, or just not getting the desired results, we’d like to talk with you and explain our offering.
